In my practice, I have seen patients get better by practicing these following rules:
1)Stop eating foods with high levels of purine.
2)Eat two to five servings of fish per week.
3)Cut down on alcohol consumption.
4)Cut down on fried foods.
5)Eat more fruit and vegetables.
6)Eat more grains, nuts and beans.
7)Keep uric acid levels down by drinking two to three cups of tea each day.
By following a few simple rules, you can take control of your gout and eliminate the pain associated with it.
Do not drink alcohol.
Stop eating meat one meal per week.
Avoid rich purine-rich foods.
Drink two to five cups of tea each day.
Cut down on purine-rich foods.
